0.7.2.0 HEX Walk Animation

    At long distances, most notably Siege on Crater, peering across from one base to another, HEX legs are not animated moving until a certain distance is closed.

    This is a performance LOD optimization.

    It would likely be better suited to use screen size than absolute distance though.

    I’ve been meaning to bring this one up. It looks really bad in a lot of spectator footage.
