    This isn’t so much of a parts, but more of a mechanic discussion. The leg movement when you get hit. Was great at first when it was added when knockback really wasn’t a thing, but now with the fixed knockback, it’s just ugly when you hit something and it kind of rubber bands.

    Now that the shock absorption stat has another use, I can see myself getting rid of this.

    There is a know issue with Avast and Unity 3d games. I can do some optimizations to help the problem, but I will never be able to get it fully compatible with Avast. You can see the unity thread here: https://forum.unity3d.com/threads/unity-4-0-1f2-and-avast-8-0-1482-getthreadcontextfailed-error.172759/page-3

    Notice that the issue persisted past when they claimed it to be fixed! MAV is using unity 4.2, the version it was claimed to be fixed in.

    The profile works because it’s globally stored online now and regenerates every time you login.

    MAV does not use hard coded save locations. I gets the location of the My Games folder directly from the OS, then creates the structure from there.

    I have a 24 hour turn around for everyone emailing me. I do still see links from steam happening as well .

    I was able to fix the issue of steam not being able to connect to the SSL.

    Best bet, email me at MAV@bombdogstudios.com and I will have you up in running in no time!

    Also, do you have an anti-virus software installed on your pc? This error is an engine level error that I believe we tracked down to the anti-virus messing with the threading of the engine, last time it was reported.

    Thanks for the report!

    Can you provide any information on what was happening when it reported the error? Does it hard crash when this happens?

    Intentionally left off the ARs. I know the 160 brings the expectation of the heat damage now, but it’s really 50/50 on if there is heat damage or not. 160 really is about more ammo, more ROF, less damage, more weight.

    When switching to https the style sheets broke. Serge has been bugging me to fix it as well.

    No, they should be saved in the same location using the same hotkey as before.

    i was hoping the first vertical cockpit wed get would be thin like the one from chromehounds. this one is wide and easy to hit on almost every side, but its so durable i feel like i could use it to pull attention away from more fragile chassis. i think the rhino still maintains its place, especially since the armored variants go up to 100 armor as opposed to 90 on the skars. my only real problem with it is that on the armored variants of the skar, especially on the upper hardpoints, a lot of the guns clip into the shields requiring me to put some sort of spacer just to get it to work.

    This was a bit of an oversight from me. It’s possible the hitboxes will be adjusted to compensate for this.

    Also, if you want to use nppcrypt, you will need this block added to the file:

    <nppcrypt version="1012">
    <encryption cipher="rijndael256" mode="ccm" encoding="base64" tag="31zORg5Yf4PVUcWkElYpgQ==" />
    <random iv="l3hDoElB0BvzrfCTkg==" salt="PqPdbluxpMH9uJUibJWvtg==" />
    <key algorithm="scrypt" N="16384" r="8" p="1" />
    </nppcrypt>

    I see the tag, the salt and the IV.

    I was certain you were supposed to wait for more communication though. 😉
