    I’d like to see an Ambush Turret.

    Basically would need to com sys using and in range. The turrets are basically flat plates on the ground but can be changed between “Attack” or “Hold Fire” modes.
    When set to Attack they pop-up (taking a few seconds)

    Would be a nice way to ambush/trap unsuspecting MAVs perhaps.

    Idea 2:

    Would love to be able to place turrets on bases/ walls / cliff faces. Instead of just vertically on the ground

    I tend to agree with legacy on the very slow pace of the grenades. However I’ve not had enough time with them to really see if they do or do not need adjusting. I’ll get back on that one after more play testing.

    @delvin holy f balls batman what a lovely bullet-pointed post you made. And then that small block text at the bottom. 9/10 you’ve improved so much good sir.

    1. Yes the sound should be more distinctive and unique to GLs

    2. Remember grenades are a secondary / light weapon. That said after a repeated direct hits parts can be destroyed due to the quick reload time.

    3. Tennis balls, pumpkins, baubles

    Overall, my initial impression of the GL is good. The weight of the part, the range, the feel of the grenade’s travel, trajectory speed and damage are good. And ammo is limited forcing you to be more careful to make effective use of what you have.

    I think having the weight on the slightly heavier side and not having a copious ammo reserve is a smart introductory move here. Kudos developer guy.

    The brute shot and needler were power weapons in their own rights. Brute shots could pepper a player immediately round a corner in an instant. Like a grenade but without the delay. Or flush out a group of aggressors

    Hates that the new grenade sound is identical to the mine laying plop plop plop noise. 😗

    You know the grenade launcher from Halo Reach. You could hold the trigger down and then release when you wanted it to explode. As a player you could bounce shots around corners or temporarily area deny players.

    Also being able to do one or two ricochets off floor or walls is always a feature of natural grenades to take out covered targets.

    I’d be pleasantly happy if some of that made it in instead of just another weapon you shoot and it explodes on impact

    It would be lovely to get up onto a hill/ hills near your own base for a bit of recon and sniping. Also it has some nice nooks and crannies for setting up ambushes too.

    Yes I think that’s touching on the issue.

    I looked at the network cable at the back of my pc and noticed the L.E.D is red. Usually should be green. So I’m guessing something isn’t right there.

    Also any idea why the game client crashes when I try to exit, or could that be related to my network issue as well?

    So reinstalled… kind of…

    A few files are corrupted and I can’t seem to delete the old ones. It seems like it’s an admin issue, but even running as admin the files are “in use in another program”

    Rendering me not able to do a thing until I can resolve the issue.

    Ah the LGT con HDs. Great for quick firing and bringing the pain. And not to mention keeping that profile just slightly thinner than all the hex canons.
